KISS FM Jingle Ball 2013
Jingle Ball 2013 Starts Holiday Season With A Bang
The iHeart Radio/KISS FM Jingle Ball kicked off in Dallas last night at American Airlines Center to a huge turn out. This was great news not only for the artists performing, but for the Kidd’s Kids organization started by the late Kidd Kraddick. One dollar from every ticket sale went to the organization and from the looks of things that was a very nice-sized contribution. As holiday parties go it was a good way to start off the season.

Halloween Arrives Early at the South By So What Music Festival
Anytime you hold an outdoor event, you face the risk of running afoul of the weather. Unfortunately, that is precisely what happened at the second night of the South By So What Fall Edition festival. Although billed as a rain or shine event, heavy electrical storms forced organizers to shut the event down early for the safety of the performers and their fans.

Dallas is Going To Hell
Anytime The Pretty Reckless come to town, fans in Dallas get pretty excited. October 4, 2013 was no different. People lined up to see the Going To Hell Tour, consisting of The Pretty Reckless, Heaven’s Basement from the UK, and Louna from Russia. Already a fan of The Pretty Reckless and having heard Heaven’s Basement before but not seen them live, I was looking forward to the show. Louna I had not heard of until that night but they made a very lasting impression for more than just one reason.

Blameshift Rolls Into Dallas
With several clubs in the Deep Ellum district of downtown Dallas, TX, there are usually several shows to choose from on any given night. Wednesday is one of the quieter nights, so the fact that there wasn’t very much of a crowd at Wits End wasn’t all that surprising. It was a pity, though, because they all missed one hell of a show as Blameshift and Super bob rolled into town and pulled in local boys The Circle and Waking Alice along for the ride.
Deadly Sins Debut
